I carried out the end-to-end UX/UI design for the CashVend app, an emerging digital wallet in Argentina, used in retail environments such as American Vending. The work included defining user flows, information architecture and interface design, prioritizing usability, process clarity and an intuitive user experience suitable for both frequent users and first-time users.
I also developed the complete design of the Vending Control mobile app, focused on consumption through vending machines. In this project, I optimized the user experience for fast and specific contexts, taking into account accessibility, simplicity of interactions and adaptation to different devices, with a strong focus on efficiency and immediate understanding of actions.
In addition, I participated in the design of a platform linked to specialized hardware (CG-800), installed in vending machines and integrated with the Vending Control app. This project required a careful approach to usability, system coherence and clear visualization of data and statuses, ensuring a consistent experience across the physical device, the platform and the mobile application.
